Group Exercise Classes
4 Life Exercise Physiology offers group classes for a cost effective way to continue a supervised exercise program. Whilst under the banner of ‘group fitness’ each individual will have their own specific and individualised program. In this group setting you will be constantly monitored and your program will be progressed and altered regularly to ensure you continue to make solid progress towards your goals.
At 4 Life Exercise Physiology we run up to 3 x 60minute classes each day. Whilst we see many people without any specific medical condition in our group fitness programs, we also cater for a variety of medical conditions including, but not limited to:
- Weight Loss or Maintenance
- Back Pain & Core Strengthening (Incl. Pilates)
- Management of Arthritis
- Personal Training, General Fitness & Strength Conditioning
- Return to Sport Programs
- Cardiovascular Fitness Programs
- Blood Pressure Reduction
- Mental Health
With all of these classes every participant has an individual program tailored to their specific health and wellbeing goals. The classes are 100% non threatening and it is our goal to ensure that every person, irrespective of their current health and fitness levels, will feel supported, comfortable and enjoy the classes. We aim to have people of similar fitness levels at each of the classes and there will always be a social component to the classes – so come and meet some new friends!
