The goal of all of our prehab and rehab programs is to improve range of motion, aid in muscle recovery, improve strength and function, reduce recovery times, and decrease pain. Don’t trust the recovery of your surgery to anyone, trust the team at 4 Life Exercise Physiology to guide you through this very important aspect of your rehabilitation.
Research has proven that completing a six week prehab exercise program prior to surgery significantly reduces recovery time and improves outcomes.
